Commercial & Industrial Pavement Markings
Arrows, lane lines, stencils, crosshatching and safety zones for warehouses, distribution centers, retail centers and other commercial sites across South and Southwest Louisiana.
What's included
- Directional arrows and traffic-flow markings
- Lane lines and stop bars
- Crosshatched no-parking and keep-clear zones
- Stencils: NO PARKING, numbers, reserved and custom lettering
- Loading zone and dock-area markings
- Pedestrian walkways and crosswalks
- Layout to plans and specifications
Larger sites need more than parking stalls. Trucks, delivery vehicles, equipment and pedestrians share the same pavement, and markings are how a site tells each of them where to go and where not to stop.
Recent industrial work
At an Amazon distribution center in Carencro, we laid out and striped the truck court as a subcontractor to the general contractor: large crosshatched no-parking zones, yellow line work and NO PARKING stenciling around the yard's fueling equipment and barriers. See the full project.
Arrows, stencils and lettering
Directional arrows, stop bars, NO PARKING and FIRE LANE lettering, numbered and reserved stalls and loading-zone labels are painted with stencils so they come out uniform. Tell us the wording and where it goes. On new construction we follow the striping plan.
Crosshatching, curbs, wheel stops and bollards are covered on our curb painting and safety markings page.
Working on active sites
On an operating facility we work to the site's requirements: safety gear, check-in procedures, working around truck traffic, and night or off-hours work when an area can't be closed during the day.
Working with general contractors
We take pavement-marking scopes as a subcontractor on new construction and site work. Send us the striping plan and specifications and we'll price it and schedule around paving and cure times. For new lots, see new parking lot layouts.
Common questions
Do you work as a subcontractor?
Yes. We take pavement-marking scopes from general contractors on new construction and site work, as we did on the distribution center in Carencro.
Can you work nights or weekends on an operating site?
Yes. We are available around the clock and can stage the work so docks and drive lanes stay open.
What do you need to price an industrial job?
The striping plan or a marked-up site drawing, the specifications if there are any (paint type, line widths, colors) and the schedule. If there is no plan, photos and measurements work.
